What does an end of life doula do?
As an End Of Life Doula, I provide non-medical care and support to individuals and their families as they prepare for death (and thereafter). Just as no two lives are ever the same, the type of care that I provide looks different from family to family.
Whatever you need to die in peace as your family grieves with grace, me and my specialised network of support are ready to walk beside you. Consider me your personal counsellor and carer that has all of your end of life services on speed dial!

Whether you want to know your options or plan for spiritual considerations, putting a plan in place with someone who can guide you through the unknowns will always bring more light to an often dark time and ensure your body, your life and your final moments with your family are honoured until the very last moment and beyond.
Legacy documents
Setting up a plan for where your most sacred belongings will land once you’re gone.
Where traditional wills are considered the norm for your financially valuable possessions, a legacy document details the things most treasured by your heart and where they are given a home beyond your time on earth. A chance to personalise your legacy and let your love live on, we can also create ways to share gifts and messages that will be read and received in the years to come.
Emotional support
Ensuring no-one is left to grieve alone.
There’s no denying that we are emotional beings, and everyone meets their grief in different ways. With 20 years experience as a Counsellor, I’m there for the journey and ready to hold the whole family through the ups and downs. For some, this might look like facing fears with a friend by their side, or finding the courage to truly let go. And for others, it’s having someone to talk to, even when the end has come and gone but the memories live on.

Where traditional wills are considered the norm for Whether it’s conversations about fears and concerns, tending to the home or pets, cooking up delicious nutritious meals, running errands or guiding you through tiresome paperwork, I’m there for it all. Even through death, life keeps moving and I can be both your extra set of hands and a hand to hold during this time.
